I belatedly put together some bits of information, and realized that Professor Randy Barnett, the author of my Contracts textbook is also a professor at my law school, a contributor to the Volokh Conspiracy blog, and a senior fellow at the Cato Institute. Professor Barnett also argued the medical marijuana case before the US Supreme Court this past November.


More recently, Professor Barnett wrote an op-ed for today's Wall Street Journal on the most recent Supreme Court nominee. Fascinating stuff.
